using Photos in os 10.14.6, I cannot access the info window
I have been moving a lot of photos from album to album and can no longer see the info window. I did a repair on the Library but it did not fix the problem.

You may have moved the Info to the lower border of the window. Check, if you are seeing a part of the Info at the lower border of the window. If yes, try to drag it to the center. If you enter Full Screen Mode with ^⌘F, then open the Info again with ⌘i (enter the keyboard shortcut ⌘I several times) the full screen mode will center the Info.
You could also check, if you accidentally have zoomed your display, either with the System Preferences > Display or the System Preferences > Accessibility > Zoom.
You may want to try to set System Preferences > Display to a scaled resolution "More Space", so you can see, what is hidden behind the borders of the display.
