Iphone xs - App not available in your country

I have had this working on my Iphone for 5 years, first on an iphone 7 and then iphone xs. After the last update the app opens but closes quickly. Restarting phone didnt help. I delete the app and rescan the qr code and now it tells me that the app is no longer available in my country. I took out my old iphone 5 and it works perfectly. Any help??
