Blue tooth connection problem

I'm unable to connect my Doss Sound Box speaker to my MacBook air. Are they not compatible?

Have you been able to use these speakers with any other devices? Also, are you able to pair other Bluetooth devices with your MacBook Air? You might start by checking this article to Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference.


If that doesn't help, try following these steps to Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac. Then try pairing again and let us know how it goes.
