I ordered a macbook air (M1) in India with upgraded RAM, I can't track my order through the tracking link provided, It has been more than 3 days since my device has shipped. Has someone experienced anything similar where tracking info is not getting displayed throught he link provided but an error telling that the order doesn't exists appears ? (in India delivery is done through Bluedart)
Yes I did. The delivery in fact happened two days in advance.
I faced same problem for 5 days and after that I got the details . Also within single or couples of days , your product will be shipped to your city . So don't worry . It just takes time .
Update: Hurray, now my bluedart tracking is working after five long days. (9th April 2021). I’ll post an update once i got the product.
My macbook pro is also shipped on 9th april , but still no updates on bluedart as well as dhl and coustomer care are stating that it is stuck in overseas due to covid 19
Yes the info of product being in mumbai was correct.Its just the delay from DHL side in handing over the product to bluedart.
Yes..dhl express will not help you on that...I have talked with the person who handles apple shipments which goes through mumbai. He said today it will get picked up.
I cannot tell anything about your region but for my(Asia) region apple products are shipped from china manufacturing plant. so it takes time. And also these are newly launched Macbooks so this might be the reason for the delay.
I do have the same issue. Expected delivery is on 8th Dec. Apple portal shows the status shipped, but bluedart has no tracking info.
Update: Today i received the product "11th April 2021" (delivered on sunday). Enjoying so far.
I called dhl today , they told to contact blue dart .. do you have any ph no regarding it ? I have raised a request through apple for the quick handover of the product to blue dart

When did you received a mail that your order has been shipped ?
Because I received my mail on saturday (28th Nov) and till now I am not able to track my order and same issue is occurring. (in India).

same case here too bro , i am loosing my patience after order 1.6 l , ultrabook shipping is pathetic don’t know when the tracking will be updated , what your last date of delivery ?? Mine is 20th april
I also talked with dhl but they refuses to give any update they are mentioning that we are dhl express we do not handle dhl global packages let’s hope for the best , today is also holiday Ambedkar birthday
