iPhone thinks headphones are plugged in still

My iPhone thinks I have headphones plugged even though they’re aren’t and as a result I have no sound coming from my phone, however the ringer still works. I have cleaned the headphone jack , reset my phone but nothing seems to work. Any other solutions?
