Hi, I just bought Iphone 12. Can i use normal usb(not usb c) to lightning cable with fastcharging adapters like Vooc charge or Huwaei super charge ? will that be safe or does this damage the battery. If its not safe, may i please know what is the fast charge watt that is best suitable for iphone 12, I see there are many wattage options, im not sure which is safe and helps my battery lasts long for future.

you can certainly use your lighting to usb-a cable along with a charger brand that you trust. I believe at least 20w to fast charge.
you can use the cable that came with your iPhone 12 and get Apple's usb-c charger
