Apple Music Profile Not Accessible

I have recently got Apple Music and when I was setting up my Apple Music Profile + Friends the app crashed after I set up a username and intialized followers. Since then every time I view my account under "Listen Now" my profile isn't there: I get "Notifications"... "Contacts on Apple Music"...(figure below) instead of a profile picture and info. I then went to my MacBook to see if it was a similar issue and the same issue persisted under "Listen Now": except this time I get "An Error Occurred - Try Again". I have still been able to listen to music, but my profile that I set up before the app crashed seems non-existent. I have restarted my iPhone & MacBook and deleted the Music App and yet the problem is still there. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks!
