Apple have a glitch in there iso 14.2. After I upgraded to 14.2 my iphone x power off by pressing side+volume but pressing side button to restart won't turn on. Blank screen. If press vol+ side siren starts. This is started after upgrade to 14.2 so apple need to fix this.

To say Apple needs to fix this would suggest the issue you're having is effecting everyone else and I can't recall seeing anyone but you say you have this issue.
Force Restart your iPhone and see if that fixes this for you.
