SAFARI. CHOOSE FILE upload not working

For some strange reason I am no longer unable to upload a file ( pdf,word doc document etc ) using the CHOOSE FILE option on my trusted websites in SAFARI

This is ONLY happening on my MACBOOK air I managed to do a file upload to these particular website on a different computer so I know its know its not a website fault

Any help appreciated - Thanks Steve
