Water in iPhone camera now foggy

I dropped my phone in the shower other than a few scratches it’s fine but the water had made the camera facing me (the camera used for selfies) get fogged up from the inside I don’t know what to do

Leave it somewhere warm and dry - it may take some days (possibly even weeks) to dry out. If the water has left a deposit in the lens, then there is nothing you can do - apart from perhaps getting the camera module changed at an authorised repair facility.
