MacBook Pro 2017 touch ID not working

Hi, I have a MacBook Pro 2017 Touch Bar, I recently got a new display and got my keyboard replaced and the Touch Bar as well. My Touch ID isn't working, it doesn't accept my fingerprint nor does it recognise my fingerprint. The tech support at the service centre formatted my Mac and yet there's no issue rising for the Touch ID to not work. The diagnostic test runs clean and shows no error as well. Please help, my MacBook is in its best shape and I don't see any reason for Apple to make me buy new parts again. The magic keyboard got replaced in the Apple program itself so this isn't even my fault that the Touch ID isn't working.

Try resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295

if no resolve

Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379
