My iCloud inbox is not receiving incoming emails, or updating despite me attempting to delete emails and create space

Hi there,

I had far too many emails - around 40k! So I deleted massive chunks of emails to create more space because my iCloud was advising it was full.

It allowed me to delete emails and I kept clearing them from the trash. I kept trying to select delete all, but it didn't work.

Then my whole inbox went blank and the screen is now black.

Today there are 5 emails from a few days ago in there. On my iCloud on my computer it is showing only 5 emails as well.

I need to reinstate my inbox - to be able to view and manage old emails that have disappeared and delete them, and be able to receive new emails as have some important ones that are not coming through as the inbox is bouncing a message back saying storage full.
