I recently lost all the files on the iCloud drive i was using the folders are all still present but there is no longer any files in them, lost 4 years of data
Apple support don't know what happened and cant restore them
Is there anything i can do ?

Before 30 days the files can be recovered , four years have gone by so can't be recovered from iCloud.com
