Deleted items from icloud
I switch icloued drive off and I can’t find folders or files anymore after I switch it on, and can’t find it in recently deleted
please help me to recover them

As per the article Use the Files app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
On iOS 12 or earlier, tap New Folder . If you don't see New Folder or it's gray, then the third-party cloud service doesn't support new folders.
