Thanks so much for clarifying. It sounds like you want to download songs to your device for offline listening.

If iTunes Match has finished uploading your music library, the download icon will appear next to music that's been uploaded, and that is available for download from iCloud.

To download songs to your device, you'll need to tap the download icon on each song you want to download. If you don't see the download icon, the song is already in the local music library on your device. You can find more information about that in the first link we provided in our initial reply.

Since you use iTunes Match, you can make your music library available across your devices with iTunes Match. iTunes Match lets you access your music library on your Apple devices, if you have "Sync Library" enabled.
