Came from MacBook. Air running Catalina, Chrome super stable. Now with latest version on my Big Sur powered M1 mini, Chrome quits frequently without warning just like I have closed it. I have tried searching on here and Chrome boards but don't find any similar complaints.
Hoping for some expert help.

I had the same problem using my new Mac Air with the M1 Apple chip. As Dailabrain linked to below you need the native M1 version of Chrome.

FWIW, I don't normally use Chrome but I'm testing the M1 native version. So far, no crashes.
