I just unlocked my old IPhone and am trying to reset the settings as the directions say. When I select Erase All Content and Settings, I get a Validation Error that the phone couldnt connect to Apple ID Server. What do I do now?
see if you can sign in with your apple ID make sure you are connected on Wi-Fi if all else fails contact Apple support
