Can I download iOS apps with Big Sur on a Late 2013 Macbook Pro?

I recently updated my Late 2013 Macbook Pro to Big Sur. When I go to the app store, I don't see any option to run iOS apps. I thought running iOS apps was a new feature in Big Sur so I am disappointed. Are there certain systems were this feature is not available, or is this feature only available to the newest devices running Apple silicon? I'd appreciate your input!
