EtreCheck Pro not reporting incidents of Safari hangs

Ever since I installed Big Sur on three Macs, there's been numerous Safari beach-balling/hangs.

I'm not asking for assistance for the problem, as I've already jumped through all the hoops numerous times, attempting to resolve the issue. I'll wait, and hope that the next version of Big Sur will prevent the beach balls.

What I've found after running EtreCheck Pro numerous on all three Macs, it never shows the Safari hangs. In fact, it doesn't show any problems at all with anything else the same time that Safari hangs.

Why isn't EtreCheck Pro reporting the numerous Safari hangs?
