apple watch 3

I have purchased a second hand apple watch and now the previous owner is uncontactable. The watch is asking for her apple id when trying to set it up. She told me when i purchased it that she had factory reset the product but it is still linked to her apple id. How can i resolve this if i cant make contact with her
