Can I get bedtime back on iPad
I see that Bedtime moved to Health in OS 14. My problem seems to be that Health is not available on the iPad. Am I missing something? I just want my nice wake up alarm back!!!

Bedtime, as previously accessed from the iPad Clock App, is no longer an element of iPadOS.
For iPhone, the equivalent function has been relocated to the Health App (this, of itself, is not present on iPad).
