Not able to access Comcast email since Nov 30 using MAIL button?

Followed instructions on website to change password and reset account. However, unable to access Comcast email via MAIL button. On Nov 30, 2020 the MAIL button on my iphone 7 and on my ipad stopped working due to account Error: Cannot Connect to the Server for "Comcast". What should I do next?

iPhone 7, iOS 14

Thanks all. I seem to have narrowed the problem down to an interaction with Norton VPN. I turned it on, then off again, and the mail reception problem went away. If I turn VPN on again, the problem returns. So I'll leave it off and try to follow up with Norton.
