Export Screen Time Data

Is there a way to export screen time data about app usage, pickups, and notifications?

-Since screen time data can be shared between devices and among family members does that mean the data is somewhere on apple's servers?

-If there is this personal data somewhere on their servers, doesn't that give EU and/or California citizens the right to access that data?

-Even though I don't live in California or the EU could I also download the data?

(to be clear, I know how to view screen time in settings. I want to download it in a format like a csv file)

Doing a search of discussions here, I found two, the latest from Aug 2020, they both have replies by Apple Community Specialists, and they say that is not possible. It doesn't mention anything about data on Apple servers either.
