Need urgent help!

I am getting trouble in backing up my iphone. Along with it My icloud space is low and I have deleted some unnecessary stuff from icloud. Now icloud is not opening and option of manage storage is taking lot of time and is almost not working. Seems like my iphone is facing slow processing. I meed help as I cannot even play videos in gallery and cant see images clearly even in gallery.
