Run application from iCloud ?

This late 2010 MacBook Air has 60 GB of storage, of which 13 GB are free, and 2 GB of memory. I am trying to make more space on it, and wonder whether I could move applications that I need to keep, but use only seldom,to iCloud. If so, and when I wanted to use the application, how should I go about launching it ?

iCloud has no ability to store or run applications other then those provided by Apple.
