Apple music replay

Why isn't my apple music replay for 2020 working? It says I haven't listened to enough music to generate a playlist? which I have so I don't understand the problem. I've tried on computer and my phone. My phone is up to date and still no improvement.

Is your “use listening history” on in the music settings? My was turned off and I had the same issue.
