Apple Music Replay - Not working

So now that it’s the end of the year, I was looking forward to viewing my Music Replay and getting my top songs playlist. However when I went to the Apple website and tried to get my list, it gave me an error message saying, “You haven’t listened to enough music to generate a playlist—yet. Check out our recommendations in For You and start discovering tomorrow’s favorite tracks today.” I know this is wrong because let’s be honest I listen to WAY too much music throughout the day. I have made sure my phone has the last ear update, cleared my browser cache, made sure “Use listening history” in music setting was turned on, and ensured I’m signed into my Apple ID however it still gives me the same message. Anyone know how to fix it?

Hello Krm_1826,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities! We understand your Apple Music Replay is not working. We're happy to help you with this.

Let's navigate to Replay '20 in a browser window and sign in with your Apple ID, you should then be able to see your Replay '20 Playlist. It can take a moment to generate on the website there, but once it does you can then add it to your playlists with the +Add button. Once it's added from the website, it will become available on your devices using Apple Music.

Best Regards.
