Can't access iCloud

Logging into my icloud is no problem on any browser but when i click on Mail i keep getting an error. Tried different computers and browsers but the error keeps coming.

Its been two months and i have clicked the "Send to Apple" several times.

If occurring on multiple browsers, next step https://getsupport.apple.com.
