I purchased an iPhone 12 mini during 2020 Black Friday Gift Card offer in Canada, but I have not received my gift card.

I clearly remember the iPhone 12 mini was entitled to a CAD $70.00 gift card.

When I call Apple customer service they told me this model was not eligible for a gift card.

Unfortunately I did not took screen shots from all terms and conditions details and they're not available anymore on Apple's website.

If there was such a disclaimer on the fine print, that's very unfair. I would never expect such "scam" from Apple. Right now I'm a very unhappy customer. I'm seriously thinking about returning my new iPhone and switch all my Apple devices to another brand. Same goes for my Apple One subscription.

Does anybody have taken screen shots from Apple Canada Black Friday offer to share with me?
