eSim in Ukraine

My name is Michael. I live in Ukraine. I have 11 pro max, but unfortunately the esim of the Ukrainian mobile operator “Life” does not work. The usual sim “Life” works though. I was told that this is due to my phone model, which is designed for the American market. Tell me if it is possible how to fix this and activate esim.

eSIM not available in my country What if eSIM is not available in my country and only Physical SIM cards? Does that mean I can't purchase the iPhone 14 or iPhone 14 Pro phone series?
