Changing info of song not staying put after hitting Done

For whatever reason I'm all of a sudden having constant glitches when changing song info. As soon as you hit Done, random changes you made like, Song Name, Album Name, etc. will not stay put. Text edits work here and there but is completely random. done. Although, the ability to alter/update Album Artwork has stopped working completely.... I've tried changing File Permissions and double checked the types of files yet still glitching. For whatever reason, this randomly started 4-4.5 months ago...

I'm incredibly organized with my music and this is DRIVING ME NUTS! Any help appreciated!!
