iOS App Library issue

Before upgrading to iOS 14.1 I had no issues but once my phone auto updated my App Library began to bug out, when I swipe left to open the App Library it appears bugged over my home screen and it does not allow me to open the apps from the library I instead have to search for the app as I cannot scroll through the library nor open the app categories. any help to fixing this would be greatly appreciated.
