Cannot Update App

Just bought a new iMac and it's prompting me to upgrade GarageBane, Keynote, Numbers, Pages, and iMovie but when I try to do that I get:

Cannot Update App

<app> cannot be updated because it was refunded or purchased with a different Apple ID

I've logged on the the App Store but don't see any option to "adopt" the apps that came with the machine. What's the trick to resolving this?

Click here and follow the instructions. If you can't accept them into your Apple ID, delete and redownload them.
