iOS 14.2 update.

I am having the worst time with this iOS 14 update. My first problem was updating to iOS14. At first, I wasn't having any issues at all. Then the iPhone 12's got released. After that, I started having problems with an unresponsive screen, some of the letters on the keyboard couldn't be pressed (b and h). Sometimes I am not able to slide down to the notifications tab unless I lock, unlock, lock, and unlock my phone. I have factory reset my phone, backed up my phone through my laptop. I have hard reset it. I have turned off the swipe to type option. I have tried hard pressing the keyboard to shift the whole keyboard to the left and right side of the screen, and that just makes even more letters unavailable (although the b and h keys work in this setting). I have tried everything imaginable. I contacted apple and they told me specifically that it is my phone, nothing else. I told them about the numerous forums on the apple discussions page and apple told me that those were all issues with the device, not the update itself.

Another issue that I am having is when I take a picture, the "crop" button cannot be pressed unless I rotate my screen.

Oh, and the phone I have is the iPhone 11. Got it three months ago. 3. I haven't dropped it. I haven't gotten any water in it. I don't have a screen protector. I removed the phone case like apple advised me to. I have factory reset my phone and didn't back it up for 24 hours like apple suggested I do. I refuse to buy the iPhone 12 because I just got the 11 three months ago.

Is anyone having similar problems like me?????
