Problems with Big Sur OS

Hello everybody! When I turn off my MacBook Pro I get a green, blue pixel screen. Is that normal?

Lime green section of screen during start up. I have started to get a rectangular lime green section of my screen during start up. It is full height and approx one fifth of the screen width and looks like a display interference problem. No apparent problems however once the start up is complete (it disappears). I have a 2019 Macbook Pro running MacOS Big Sur v11.5. Should I do anything?

Blue Screen at Shutdown Just took this Apple refurbished MacBook Air today out of the box. Ive updated to Big Sur, this screen is what shows up during shutting down. Any idea what this could be?

Try resetting the NVRAM. If that does not solve it Reset the SMC

Have seen this from time to time on Retina MBA 2018 but no system performance issue.
