MBP 13' 2017 Retina screen have horizontal lines across the screen!

I would not attach the image or video recording the bug because a lot of your customer are complaining about this but Apple Service doesn't cover for this case as it did for MBP 2016 (https://support.apple.com/en-vn/13-inch-macbook-pro-display-backlight-service). other than that, I would attach a video here recorded Steve Jobs once said about the quality of Apple's supplier: "Money doesn't break after we give it to them so their part shouldn't break after they'd given us"

Apple should be keeping this philosophy but now you are just asking your customer to give you another $500 to fix your broken part???
