Syncing the iPhone 12 Pro Max to iTunes

Will I be able to sync the iPhone 12 Pro Max to my iTunes library that is installed in a late 2011 model of the Macbook Pro (macOS 10.13 High Sierra)? I am just worried that I will not be able to because I am about to get the said phone very soon (I backed up all the data of my current iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad in that Macbook and I want to restore my current iPhone's data to the new iPhone that I am about to avail).

If not, will I be able to backup everything to the iCloud, even music, ringtones, and movies that were not purchased from the iTunes Store?

Thanks.

Hi Ryane77!

Thank you for your response.

Thankfully, I was able to sync my new phone to my Mac when I tried it since the day that I got it. What worried me was what I read from the tech specs of the iPhone 12 which specified the MacOS required for it (which my Mac can’t have)...

Apple should have just mentioned the iTunes version instead of the OS. Or they should have tested whether or not the latest version of iTunes works with MacOS version older than Catalina, and if so, they should have published those in the tech specs as well (I hope the next couple of future iPhones/iPads wouldn’t drop support to the current version of iTunes just yet).

Anyway, thanks again.
