Phantom notifications at same time everyday

We can understand wanting to find out why you hear a notification sound at the same time every day. We'll do what we can to get you pointed in the right direction.

First, open the Clock app, and tap on the Alarm tab. Does it show that you have any alarms listed and enabled? Also, if you open the Reminders app, do you see any reminders listed here?

If you have not tried already, please Restart your iPhone. Does this help to resolve the issue? Often this simple step will refresh the apps and software on the device to solve numerous problems you may encounter.

We are glad you had a chance to check for an alarm or reminder on your device. We can offer a few other suggestions that may help. Prior to the start of this notification/alarm, had you installed any new apps or made any changes to your device?

Have you made a recent backup of this device? If not, here are steps on How to back up your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. Once you have a backup of the iPhone, you can try to Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings. Once this is complete, don’t restore from the backup right away. Test the device before restoring your device data. Check and make sure the issue is not present.

If it is not, you can restore the information and test again. If you restore and the issue continues that tells you that the issue is specific to the files being restored.
