I have some Videos I filmes with the Panasonic GH5 in 4K in .MOV Files, and I wanted to edit them in FCPX, but it is impossible to even select the videos when I want to import them to fCPX. What can I do?

The GH5 shoots DNxHD? You can use the current version of Compressor to convert the files. FCP does not support the codec.
So, I did all that and I still can't import my video files. they are DNxHD 36 video files.. do I have to convert them to another video codec? how do I do that? Please Help
Are the files you are trying to import from an external recorder?

In addition to providing the requested details, and assuming you are on Catalina or Big Sur: does FCP have "Full Disk Access" in System Preferences->Security & Privacy->Privacy? If not, you need to grant that.
