Big Sur and Quickbooks

After updating to Big Sur I am not able to open up Quickbooks 20116. Will Apple have a fix for this issue? If not how do I go back to Catalina so I can use my Quickbooks again?

Lost productivity suite after formatting to apfs to be able to install Catalina Had to reformat to APFS to be able to upgrade to Catalina.
