lightning charging ports - iPhone 11

It seems my my lighting charging port has something wrong.

I changed cable or USB connection and it really struggle to manage to have my phone charging when plugged in, I always have to find the specific position of phone and cable that make its connect properly.

It is a know issue for iPhone 11 ?

Can we fix it ?
