There is no redeem in Quick Links

I purchased Mountain Lion but my Mac App Store is missing the option to Redeem from Quick Links. I need a CD ASAP!

Redeem OS X Mountain Lion Purchase My direction says to open Mac App Store then click on Redeem under Quick Links. I’m currently on OS Lion and this is what my safari looks like for the site. There is no tab for quick links in top right. WHERE DO I GO??

Open the App Store from the Applications folder or Dock and click on Top Charts.
