The icon on my MacBook says it's charging when nothing is plugged in and isn't charging when it is plugged in

The icon on my MacBook Pro shows that it is charging when it's not plugged in. Even when I plug the charger in, it doesn't charge.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15
