How do I connect a iPod classic to Thunderbolt 3 MBP

I've an iPod classuic with a 30 pin connector and original USB connector. How do zi connect it to a 2018 MacBook Pro with 4 Thunderbolt 3 connectors?

You need this USB-C to USB Adapter - Apple, or an equivalent.

30 pin iPod connection to new 2021 iMac Hi, I am planning to purchase the new 2021 iMac M1 very soon but have just realised there might be a problem connecting my old iPod fitted with a 30 pin connection to the new machine. I Would appreciate if anybody could advise on the best way to overcome this problem, I don’t fully understand the connections ie: various USB types and lightning/thunderbolt, which connection/combination would be the best option?
