What happened to the Flagged column in Big Sur?

What happened to the Flagged column in Big Sur? When I flag a message there's no flag next to it.

Flagged emails cannot be Viewed in Message Listl The Flag Icon is buried on the right of opened messages, but can't be viewed in the Message List. Why was that changed? Is it possible to show that a message is flagged just as it shows FROM, SUBJECT, DATE etc in the Message List without having to Open the Message and search for a tiny flag?? Big Sur 11.6.1 MacBook Pro 2017

Are you referring to Mail?

If so, right click on a column header and you'll get the option to show whatever columns you prefer, including flags:
