Changing Billing information

I can change the shipping address but the billing address is greyed out. I have removed all of the Apple Pay options associated with my credit card so that they do not exist in the wallet, so there are no three circles in the dot to select. Please advise within the Mac, how do go into change the billing address when it is greyed out.
