How can u turn a tik Tok sound into my personal voicemail

I have the iPhone XR and I had someone on tik Tok make me a voicemail recording for my Personal voicemail. I tried playing it on my sons phone abs recording it like normal but the sound was garbage. Is there a way to take that tik Tok, convert to sound and then use that sound as my voicemail?

I do not have a Mac computer but I really really want this voicemail. Help!?!?
