Is there a scam involving iTunes cards needed to update phone cameras?

I have had two women on Facebook ask me for an iTunes card to be able to use their cameras on their phones. One got a card from me but then said there was a problem with the card. The other keeps saying it is not a scam but they both used the same screenshot and now I am not responding to either anymore.

I need some guidance from Apple on this.
