I need to leave home and take the iPhone with me and the HomePod left at home.
Can my other family members ask siri to play music even though I am not at home? I have apple music subscription.
They don't have any other apple device at home.

If you have a single subscription to Apple Music then you can only have one active stream playing, so if you were streaming content to your phone elsewhere those at home might not be able to listen to music at the same time.
