Music not syncing properly

Hoi,

So I’ve been having same issue with iPhone 11 Pro, 12 Pro and now the 12 Mini. Synced music is missing pretty much all album are but worse is song titles aren’t syncing. Syncing from a MacBook Air, song names are corre t in Music.app, had the same issue when it was called iTunes. I’m a big music freak and this is super annoying. All devices are on the latest OS.

Most album art and more importantly song names are there with for example Vox (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/vox-mp3-flac-music-player/id916215494) but I prefer to use native apps. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Hey there rudeb0y,

We understand there have been issues with the way music displays in the Music app on your iPhone. We'll be happy to help.

To begin, we'd suggest unsyncing all music from your iPhone. Once it's fully removed, try syncing again to see if there is a difference.

Reference this page: Use iTunes to sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod with your computer

If you still notice the issue, try creating a new music library on your computer using the steps her: Use multiple libraries in Music on Mac

And if it still happens, reach out to Apple Support directly for additional assistance, here: Get Support

We hope this helps. Cheers!
